The company does not listen to customers needs and wants . Agents hands are tied in how they resolve issues. Very outdated policy and processes.

Hello, Thank you for your review and for your contribution to AIR MILES over the years. It is wonderful to hear that you were with the organization for 20 years! During your time at AIR MILES, I am glad you felt supported with the pay and benefits you were provided.   The AIR MILES Reward Program has changed over the years, and the Customer Care team has been on the frontline of that change, with evolving systems and shifting policies to equip our Program for the future.   We are always looking for opportunities to make improvements to our Program and our culture. With the Customer Care team, we’ve created lanes for two-way dialogue and encouraged participation in sharing sessions with direct Managers and Senior Leaders. We have a group called Culture Ambassadors, who often act as a sounding board for frontline agents and represent the department at various corporate meetings. The weekly team Huddles keep our Ambassadors informed of industry news and business updates, with one of them a month focused on Mental Health. Also, we’ve created a podcast, which is posted in Slack, from the Customer Care VP to share her insights on wins and changes driven by Associate feedback – often reminding her team that – ‘your voice and your influence drive meaningful change.’  I’m proud that our Customer Care team is an award-winning group of Associates, taking home awards for, leadership, Associate innovation, and Contact Centre excellence. We are truly grateful for the time you spent here as a Customer Care Ambassador for the AIR MILES Reward Program, hopefully you feel heard in this response, and please know that I wish you all the best on your future endeavours. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
