Thanks for the feedback. We often hear that AIR MILES is made up of nice people and I couldn’t agree more. I’m sorry to hear that you think the direction of the company is unclear — communication is at the cornerstone of our business, which is why we host company-wide monthly business updates to inform Associates about the direction of the company and key initiatives taking place. We strive for a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust. Our semi-annual Leadership Effectiveness Survey is just one of the platforms we use to better understand areas of opportunities with respect to culture and leadership. I hope you use this tool, among others, to provide feedback so that we can form action plans to improve the Associate experience. I wish you all the best. Dimitri Benak, VP of People and Culture

Pros

Good benefits Great co-workers Fully remote Lots of fun employee events - got to meet a lot of cool folks at the company through it

Cons

Lots of different roles within the chain of command so different objectives are being passed down Sometimes hard to feel if you're making a difference

Thank you for the positive feedback. Our Associates are at the heart of our strong company culture and are truly what makes AIR MILES such a great place to work! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates. For Associates with questions regarding the impact of their role, we encourage you to speak to your leader or Manager Once Removed for guidance. Thanks again for your feedback, and all the best.
