Work-life balance, which includes our Loyalty Days, Summer Hours Program, and Sabbatical program, in addition to paid vacation days, ranks high in our books too. We’re proud of our flexible work environment, which helped us get named on the list of Best WorkplacesTM in Professional Services for the 5th year in a row. The loyalty industry has changed significantly over the years. As we look toward the future, we’ve made many important changes to our leadership team and structure in an effort to become a more digital savvy company. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
