I am so glad to hear that enjoyed our employee-focused environment and culture, and the perks and benefits that were created to recognize and reward our Associates and their contributions to the organization in meaningful ways. I am also happy to hear that you felt supported in advancing your career while at AIR MILES. This is of utmost importance to us.
AIR MILES is going through an exciting transformation as we take steps to progress and revitalize our business model and team structure in support of maximizing the value of our Program for our Partners and our Collectors. We do our best to keep a focus on establishing effective Change Management practices and communication plans to keep our Associates informed and feeling positive about the direction that we’re going in, and to continuously enhance our approach to working through these changes. Our monthly Business Reviews and weekly Program Pulse email updates are just a couple of the ways we try to keep Associates informed of business developments. One of our top priorities continues to be to enable our Associates to achieve work-life balance through this period and beyond, and we will keep a keen focus on resource management and efficient workflow into 2023.
