We are glad that you are enjoying the perks of working at AIR MILES such as our flexible health and dental benefits, wellness resources and other additional support we offer to our Associates. Positive changes are always being made to our wellness program as our Associate's wellness is always top of mind. To start the year off strong in 2023, we introduced 7 Wellness days throughout the year, these are 7 additional paid days off for all Associates to refresh, recharge and spend it however they choose! We value and recognize the importance of helping our Associates grow and feel challenged in their everyday work. We encourage you to speak with your direct manager for potential opportunities to take on new projects or challenges within your department or for growth in general. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
