In an effort to provide growth and development opportunities to our Associates, we prioritize internal applications during the hiring process. At minimum, internal applicants are granted a phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to discuss qualifications and interest in the role, as well and what skills they may need to acquire or work on to be considered in the future. Additionally, our Talent Acquisition team is working on an exciting project that aims to provide more visibility into our open roles, making it easier for Associates to find their next exciting opportunity within AIR MILES.
We also have a dedicated Total Rewards team that works to ensure that our pay grades are competitive with market and industry standards and are constantly conducting thorough analyses and evaluations to make sure that our Associates are being paid fairly.
