Pros
I have been working at the Corporate headquarters for over a year. Executive Management is positively engaged with all aspects of the business including encouraging employees to be involved in our own communities. Work Life balance is good. At times yes employees have to roll up their sleeves and put extra time in to service the customers but the managers will work to correct the extra load if it continues too long. The Company added a game room late last year with an arcade machine, darts and shuffle board (I love that game).
Cons
Really the only thing I can think of is parking space could be better but I should not complain too much since the longest walk from parking space to office is less than 300 meters.
