Technology is an important aspect of innovation and AIT continually invests in a variety of software and hardware that impacts the entire organization. Also, AIT pursues innovation that goes beyond technology to take on many different forms across departments. For example, our Quality Assurance initiative includes the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program which helps drive process improvements for the organization. As for our teammates in Sales, the company provides every account executive with a smartphone, a desktop computer and a technology platform that allows for full secure network access from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
