Pros
Management were all nice people, benefits were actually quite good. Profit sharing was nice until they got rid of it.
Cons
BEYOND Disorganized, the pay for the workload was not enough, Management hired for personality and not work ethic, People who picked up the slack for those not doing the work were not rewarded, only given more to do and then given negative performance reviews for not being able to keep up.
