      Pros

      I love working in IT at AIT. There is everything that an IT professional could want - great leadership, super smart and engaged co-workers, lots of work to do and teams with the size and skill to get it done. AIT is also taking advantage of many newer technologies and always looking for ways to utilize them to the fullest. It is great to be a part of that!

      Cons

      I've not experienced any notable cons in my time here so far.

      Pros

      Management were all nice people, benefits were actually quite good. Profit sharing was nice until they got rid of it.

      Cons

      BEYOND Disorganized, the pay for the workload was not enough, Management hired for personality and not work ethic, People who picked up the slack for those not doing the work were not rewarded, only given more to do and then given negative performance reviews for not being able to keep up.
