      Management has good intentions when implementing changes to culture

      Cons

      Staff may get discouraged with changes to culture; staff may feel pressured to accept duties that they are not trained for, and will often have "too much on their plate"

      Pros

      Management were all nice people, benefits were actually quite good. Profit sharing was nice until they got rid of it.

      Cons

      BEYOND Disorganized, the pay for the workload was not enough, Management hired for personality and not work ethic, People who picked up the slack for those not doing the work were not rewarded, only given more to do and then given negative performance reviews for not being able to keep up.
