Pay is fair, especially regarding the extra-teaching administrative activities (reaching out to parents, prepping for sessions). They keep you well-fed with plenty of snacks and meals during any training/meeting that occurs close to a meal time. Leadership is great; extremely organized, helpful, supportive
Cons
I can imagine that many tutors might have an issue with work-life balance Communication with parents can be, at times, stressful
