Great team atmosphere cultivated by leadership on down, encourages everyone to support each other and seek out colleagues. Highly intelligent and passionate tutors make going to work and interacting with team members exciting and rewarding. Opportunity to build great and lasting relationships with students, parents, and fellow AJ team members. Opportunities to expand content knowledge and teaching skills , as well as for career advancement.
Cons
The hours can be difficult sometimes (working after school into the evenings, on weekends), but you get to set your own schedule so you can manage it effectively. Some parents are tough to deal with but that's life. Can't think of a real negative to working at AJ.
