Pros
AJ Tutoring is a fantastic place to work! Everyone I have encountered here is super nice and willing to help. Suffice it to say that I look forward to coming in to work! The atmosphere is extremely congenial, the offices well organized and clean, and the people are collaborative and transparent. Pay starts at $35/hour for tutors with college degrees.
Cons
During peak hours, there are often not enough classrooms, and sometimes tutors/students have to use the makeshift "offices" in the hallways! Also, the walls in the classrooms are extremely thin, so often I can hear the tutoring sessions next door word for word.
