      Decent pay for time spent actually tutoring students.

      Cons

      Much lower pay, near minimum wage, while doing administrative work. Need to get efficient at administrative work or the time spent doing this will lower your average pay per hour.

      Cons

      Your workday starts in the afternoon and goes until around 8 or 9pm. Have to work on one weekend day
