Horrible management that lies about everything and has zero integrity. Virtually impossible career progression and a lot of behind the scenes politics. The management pushes all company targets onto engineers and make engineers commit to solving management issues, including "reduce sickness leave" and "increase gross margin" and "reduce attrition rates". They also have unrealistic targets of growing the company to 1000 people by 2022 whereas the current numbers are less than 100 and 25% of full time employees have quit between Jan-Aug 2019.
