Embarrassing. There is a very simple concept that the management misses. The focus is only on numbers and cost reduction, with hardly any investment on trainings, career development, fair pay rise. Consequence: very demotivated employees who don’t strive to do their best and leave the company after a few months. Consequence: low productivity, higher recruitment costs, handover costs, unsatisfied customers due to high employee turnover. Consequence: further cost reductions…and the cycle continues. This company is doomed to fail if no one at top management level takes action. There is not even one employee in AKKA UK who is not frustrated, isn’t this a failure? It’s time for the top management to start asking themselves if they’ve been doing a good job and if they deserve the role they cover.
