Pros
They are focused on developing people to reach their potential, and they also patient in training new skillset for their associates and new hires. The benefits offered are good if you can bunker down and listen to instructions given. Personally loved the opportunities given to contribute to more efficient ways to do things. Listening and working together with open mind is important key, as well as communicating honestly.
Cons
The first year, and especially the first 6 months, can be quite shell shocker to most that transferred from another retail like mindset. A lot of to adjust to and physical work can be taxing. Time is highly valued in this company--every movement and planning is crunched down, and it can be hard for new people to take on. But once they do, it is helping the whole team.
