Pros
Vacation,personal days and sick days. Nothing else positive to say. Pay was not bad.
Cons
Unrealistic productivity expectations while at the same time saying customer service was important actually no time was permitted to interact with customers and keep the ring speed etc at max proficiency. Backstabbing faced district and ops managers.
