Pros

Pay is ok, could definitely be better for the load that we have to carry Lots of manual labor (i enjoy being active but have been injured at work due to the stress on my body)

Cons

The hours (salary at 50 hours per week, and thats if you leave on time which doesnt always happen) Store manager is the highest you can get without a college degree, or moving to a warehouse supervisor position but you would have to move to a different division. Which is really disappointing. Terrible work life balance especially if you have kids

Pros

Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

Cons

EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

Pros

+ industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

Cons

+ work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
