Thanks for your advice. I totally agree that training will help all employees to move up. Actually ALPLA is implementing a new Internal Mobility Program in order to promote within in all areas. On the other hand, ALPLA is already training and promoting technicians to supervisors, and supervisors to managers. Working at ALPLA can be challenging: being a growing company, there are always new customers, new developments, new products and new challenges. ALPLA is very fortunate to count on such dedicated and engaged employees at all times. However, ALPLA tries its best to balance the employees' work and personal life.
