Thank you for your feedback and your advice! We totally agree that we have an excellent benefit plan and that our company is growing continuously due to the outstanding quality of our products. Also, we are very sorry to hear that you are having a conflict with your manager. We would recommend you to talk to your HR Manager or our Corporate HR in order to tackle the isolated situation and find a solution as soon as possible. What is more, we would like to add that equality is an important value for us. Therefore, we place high importance on recruiting women for management positions as well and disregard the gender whenever we look at resumes. However, we receive way more applications from men, which is unfortunate but natural for the industry we are in. In order to achieve a better balance, we are planning a campaign at the moment to attract especially women to become part of our team.
