Pros
Great people in general to work with. Liked showing up and knowing that if I needed help. Those that had been there a while wouldn't mind helping you out.
Cons
There was a lot of managers and upper tier people that had no clue on how to run a factory. Was told a lot of lies by some of them. Was hired for a certain job and got put into something different because they were short staffed on machine operators.
