Misleading and deceptive - Maintenance Technician ALPLA Employee Review

Ok here we go. Upper management will tell you what ever you want to hear to get you in the door. They have there favorites and they can do no wrong. If you argue with them they will find a way to get rid of you. certain people have anger management issues and when you bring it up to there boss it just gets ignored. Hr Dept has been eliminated and now it's total chaos. There is a high turnover rate in maintenance dept. They promise the world and deliver the gutter. Good luck.
