Could have been great but refuse to change - Machine Operator ALPLA Employee Review

Not sure we’re to start. It was a façade. After a couple months,new products started to be launched and positions of supervisors and managers changed. If you did not have a good supervisor, which was a role that was set for failure. Then you had no support on training or even simple things such as a good morning. 7 days a week 12 hr days and still would never be appreciated. Huge job abandonment caused a unsafe and overwhelming situation. Exhausted and not able to function with your life because of the stress was horrible.
