Thank you for your comment! We are glad that you enjoyed the casual work environment and had fun working with your team! Also, we would like to apologize for the inconveniences! Since January we were able to solve the problem of a lacking work life balance by making several changes in the management. We at ALPLA are convinced that a healthy balance between work and leisure time is inevitable for great performances. What is more, the 401K plan which matches 100% up to the 6% employee’s contribution is actually seldom in our industry. Nevertheless, we still keep working on improving our compensation program in order to satisfy all our employee’s needs.
