Pros
Nice people in all departments and sites + nice facilities.
Cons
The environment is very chaotic. Employee utilization (billable hours) is what is valued most and you work for Sales people as an engineer (they are your supervisor!). The idea is that you are a revenue source for them and as such, they are incentivized to keep engaging you on whatever work they can find for you. Using mostly foreign labor that is captive in the US on a work Visa (primarily from France and Sweden) is the business model, and it works for some people, but I found it quite deceiving to customers and it made me sad how low the pay was for my non-US citizen peers. They worked just as hard as me, but were paid a fraction - and my pay was just below industry averages.
