Toxic management culture where decisions are driven purely by profit, with little to no regard for employee well-being. It's very much a family-run business, and this shows in how decisions are made and who has influence, regardless of merit. There's a pervasive culture of fear — employees are constantly worried about being singled out or blamed when things go wrong, rather than issues being addressed constructively as a team. This creates a "look over your shoulder" environment where you never quite feel safe or trusted. HR support is severely lacking. In my experience, HR did not act as a fair or neutral resource for employees, which made it difficult to raise concerns or get issues resolved properly.
