1) Work itself is very grunt and full of Claude generated codes as management does not provide realistic timeline and think AI will solve everything 2) Quality of work is poor compared to even smaller companies as vast majority of development is AI generated and I feel that I'm losing my skills and even my ability to think. 3) Work life balance is horrible - routinely working late nights ( 2 AM) and even expectations from management to work on weekends 4) Managers and colleagues calls at odd hours (3 AM) and on weekends
