      Very good salary and exciting environment.

      Cons

      All those engineering jobs are moving to Asia. Political war between AMD CPU (Texas) and former ATI Graphic/Chipset (Toronto), lead to bad decisions and huge money/time to market loss. Do it the American way, even if it's immensely inefficient or loose your job !
