      You will work on world class CPU projects. Some excellent engineers. You will have the satisfaction of actually making a difference to your company's fortunes.

      Cons

      Local management is incompetent. The director with the largest work force in India has no people or technical skills.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
