      As people say, you get what you pay for! Don't expect a superior product comes out to the market if you pay your employees very less than what Intel pays.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
