Pros
Great team to work with! Multi-site collaboration with world class engineers in Sunnyvale CA, Boxborough MA, Orlando FL, Austin TX, Markham Canada, Shanghai China, Bangalore India, etc. Designing state-of-the-art graphics processors for high end gaming PCs and consoles is very satisfying. The work environment is casual and you can pretty much set your own hours as long as you deliver on your individual commitments and attend key meetings.
Cons
The company stock price could be a bit higher to make company stock rewards more valuable. If AMD can "make the turn" and Rory Read says, then AMD will be back on track with Wall Street.
