      Pros

      - co-workers are fairly good - there is a degree of openness to sharing knowledge among colleagues - flexible work time

      Cons

      - felt like there were too many managers and not enough workers - upper management not in synch with employees - management do not communicate effectively

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
