      AMD's PEO does offer the ability to work on what you like within your team. The people here are great to work with.

      Cons

      To get anywhere in PEO, you need to fit into one of two rolls; be on a high profile project or work harder than your peers to be compensated the same.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
