      Nice People with big hearts. Pretty said that the list stops there.

      Cons

      These things never change: Bonus payouts are not consistent and typically low Layoffs happen alot more at this company. Call it restructuring, I call it losing Leadership changes are frequent. If leaders are not performing or staying then why should you The promise of a better tomorrow that doesn't come Placing bets on yesterday's vision and low margin business

      Pros

      Very exciting work, so much so I work 20hours a day. No distractions from silly/fun events. Food is meh so I can focus on work. Coffee is also very mid, not good, not bad but mid.

      Cons

      Not enough work, I only work 20 hour a day, I still have 4 hours to sleep. And on the weekends, we still have 3 hour leisure time. We still accept People who gets hired expecting to work only a measly 80 hour week.
