      Pros

      Grossly understaffed, so everyone picks up big chunk of work People are friendly. Relaxed culture, although outings have dramatically reduced in last few years. Exposed to cutting edge technology.

      Cons

      Middle management don't take any decisions. Top heavy Reviews are unfair. Money situation always tight...small pie, too many mouths to feed. Money that trickles down to engineers is pennies on the dollar.

      Engineering led company Smart people to work with Always learning

      Cons

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
