      Good work life balance. Good for a fresh engineer as you will have a lot to learn and work.

      Cons

      if you don't have any other offers, yes work for AMD. Don't expect bonus or pay raise. Review will be on how the product went rather than what you did for the project

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
