      People are nice, work is interesting

      Cons

      Company is not willing to pay to compete with Apple and Nvidia. Senior Execs are from IBM (which is no longer in the semiconductor business). Senior Execs want to run the company like an IBM as opposed to an Apple or Nvidia.

      Engineering led company Smart people to work with Always learning

      Cons

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
