Stock grants are not competitive, the bonus goals / structure is setup to never give anyone anywhere close to 100% and the yearly % increase salary "pool" given to managers are usually funded below the inflation rates. All in all, a great place to go if you want to fade into the background and get a paycheck or get exposure to good technology and then go somewhere else for better pay and more empowerment.
