      Patients, some of the physicians, and dealing with different mid-level managers.

      Cons

      Upper management, HR is clueless, doesn't believe in diversity, and doesn't hear all sides of a story!

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
