      Great Co - workers to count on in this busy environment

      Cons

      Patient load/ acuity of patients way too high and RN are expected to have 6 to 7 patients.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
