      Pros

      Great experience, close to unlimited hours due to the amount of turnover with employees.

      Cons

      Awful pay, management doesn't think we deserve any better and it shows. Have no interest in allowing us to have WIFI, a gym, or any other things at our 24 hour stations.

      Pros

      AMR San Mateo is making huge strides in changing the Old Boy culture of EMS. The operation is collaborative, cares for its employees, and acts with accountability.

      Cons

      Although it's much better than it was, AMR San Mateo still deals with staffing issues, primarily for medics, and forced mandation is still in play.
