      Great teammates in the credit department. Training was spot on. Solid community bank in terms of risk taking and is growing

      Cons

      Issues with a growing sales culture devaluing the work that underwriters do. Career development not entirely developed. Technology is severely outdated. 2 weeks of PTO for first 3 years. Below average compensation for the marketplace
