Pros

Leadership has been great even though we are geographically separated from the mothership out East. I've been very pleased with this company throughout my tenure.

Cons

The financial promotions have been slim, however times have been tough. They have given all team members a cost of living increase but nobody has really received a substantial raise in 4 years.
