Pros
- Good people to work with - Mission-oriented - Location
Cons
- Your incoming salary is going to be good, but more than likely the best increase you're ever going to get there. - Promotions are non-existent - If you work in the business administration part of the company, you are a 2nd class citizen - Some employees are not told (purposely) when hiring that they will have to work every weekend each Fall. -No opportunity for education and training or cross-training. - High turnover in management which greatly affects corporate culture and politics - Poor HR management -No annual report or anything, so you never really know how stable financially they are (which is worrying!) - you just have to trust what they tell you!!! Have never had a problem being paid though, thank goodness. -Work/Life Balance went from decent to non-existent real fast and never recovered.
