This place is like high school. If you’re friends with a high up they ignore all your mistakes and blame someone else. Many incompetent people running the place and projects. You can be fired at any time and they will find a way to do it. I quit because I was sick of doing everyone else’s work and not being recognize.also company is very cheap and pretends to have a people forward culture. This is how it used to be but not anymore. They also don’t allow for overtime if you are hourly employee
