Pros

A couple of good people there. Good walking distance from the train station. Worked a lot of OT.

Cons

They keep you in the position you come in and don't allow you to grow. They bring in people from other companies as PM level instead of promoting there employees that already have the experience. It feels like a sweat shop there. All production as fast as you can go. Too many politics. Too many people kissing up to the principals to get better wages and to have more leave time. 7 days of Vacation and 3 days sick time doesn't help the employees at all.
