They get large cleints, wit big names, ability to work overtime is nice

Cons

Underpay staff, pressure to work lots overtime - looming attitude if you want just 40 hrs on one week you are not meeting expercations - even though you need to sleep and have a life. I understand they don't give x mas bonus
