Pros

APPLE has many of the same problems all ABA companies are faced with; however, it is able to respond to changes in the work force and client base. The Bothell clinic is demonstrating growth and a more predictable work environment for employees. Our approach is to balance employee satisfaction with the satisfaction of our clients. Happy employees deliver a higher quality of service than disgruntled employees. We are actively working on providing a solid work schedule for our employees, while providing excellent services at predictable intervals for our clients. Our clients want what is most convenient; however, this does not translate to reliable hours for Behavior Technicians. We are providing competitive salaries and striving towards consistent workloads.

Cons

APPLE suffers from negative feedback like any other company out there. Just because a person was upset several years ago and wrote a scathing review, does not generalize well to the rest of the company. APPLE is a smaller, company that does not have the reach of a Big company. Yes, clients leave and employees are stuck with a shortfall; however, APPLE does respond and build up a new schedule. This is the nature of this field. It takes time to do a job well; however, this can hurt the company when a client is waiting for services or when an employee is waiting for a case-load.

Pros

A very welcoming work environment and everyone is ready to assist you in any questions you may have about new cases or the overall dynamic of the clinic. The BCBA's are always ready to assist with any questions you may have. There is open communication to be able to voice out any concerns at any time.

client cancellations are inevitable, but they try to find coverage for you
